CHRISTINE BAKER (BA Hons; MSc Organizational Behaviour)
Christine is the founder of Requisite Development and manages the UK and Continental European operations. Over the last 20 years she has worked with clients from all sizes of organizations in the UK and Continental Europe to help them improve individual and organizational performance through the application of requisite organization design principles, optimising the capabilities of their talent pool and coaching managerial leaders at all levels in leadership practices which encourage accountability, harmony and employees’ emotional engagement.
Christine also coaches other Organizational Development specialists to incorporate her techniques into the framework of services for their clients.
Whatever the scope of the consultancy assignment, Christine brings passionate commitment to her work in transforming people’s ways of thinking and behaving.
One of the most frequent comments made by Christine’s clients is the value of her practical wisdom and that she understands the world so well from their perspective – having been a managerial leader herself in the banking sector for many years prior to establishing her own company undoubtedly enriched her appreciation of the challenges her clients have to face and ensures that her advice is always pragmatic.
IVA VURDELJA (Ph.D Leadership and Change; MSc Organization Development; BA Business; Master Certificate in Developmental Coaching and Consulting)
Iva has joined Requisite Development to run the US operations. She has 20 years of business experience in international management, organization development, and change management. (industries: banking, real estate and insurance)
In 2003, she was managing partner in an international trade and finance consulting firm while serving in the faculty of the Thunderbird University International MBA program in Geneva, Switzerland.
Prior to joining Requisite Development, she developed a keen understanding of leadership issues and challenges as a practitioner while serving as a senior consultant in organization development and change management for a large multinational consulting firm. In this role she was helping both business and not-for-profit organizations identify their strategic objectives and designing and facilitating interventions to help individuals and groups translate strategic intent into practical, results-oriented applications.
Her life’s work is committed to the study of organizational development and leadership capabilities based on transformational learning and developmental thinking. She has worked with executives, managers and consultants to reflect on who they are as leaders, how they relate and impact others, and how they can challenge their organization to reach new levels of excellence.
